Halloween Quiz

Halloween Quiz We had our annual Halloween Quiz jointly hosted with Wellington Saddle Club last Friday evening. We had a fantastic turnout with around 60 participants, who fought valiantly to be crowned quiz champions. The winning team were “Antics on Horseback“ who fought off stiff competition from the other teams. The Wellington Café provided an excellent supper and manned the bar throughout the evening to ensure everybody remained hydrated! With special thanks also to Mandy Chaffin, who after working hard all day teaching, then stepped in to help serve our supper and drinks. Our charity raffle was a great success with £150 being raised for SAFE and we would like to thank all our sponsors for their generous donations, including Lottie Crocker, Jo Hyland, Rose’s Tea Room, Holdshot Farm Shop, Cashmere Goose, K9 Klips, Highfield House Hotel, Longbridge Mill and horse feed vouchers from Blue Chip & Spillers. Wellington Riding Club would like to thank the Saddle Club for the superb decorations and for supplying, yet again, an excellent and entertaining Quiz Master. We hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did and we are already looking forward to next year.
